The classification was established to permit compensation to part-time musicians employed to regularly participate in worship services, concerts, recitals, or teach applied music lessons. Duties may include: rehearsing and performing with Chapel choirs as a staff singer, accompanist, or soloist; playing musical instruments in worship services, concerts, or recitals.
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Documented musical training and education including at least one of the following: bachelor’s degree in relevant musical field; master’s degree in relevant musical field; substantial work experience.
