What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Dulce Artisanal?
- This position is overnight, Tue-Sat (8pm-4am)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Scaling, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking our scratched-baked bread and pastries so that they are ready for sale in the morning. Operating kitchen equipment such as bread mixer, deck oven, proof box, convection oven, etc.
Must be able to work with minimal supervison. Attention to detail and high standard of quality is a must.
Experience is a bonus, but training will be provided.
