Full-Time - 40 hours/week
Monday-Friday with varied hours between 7am-7pm

The Shared Services Quality Analyst is responsible for supporting the data integrity and standardization of Shared Services documents. The Analyst actively participates in quality monitoring, improvement, and complex issue resolution. The Analyst reports on performance and quality indicators and assists with troubleshooting outlier situations.
The Journeys and Adventures that Await:
- Ensures the quality and accuracy of registration records, templates, protocols and other departmental documents.
- Responsible for the organization on ongoing maintenance of provider profiles and contact management related to Communications.
- Monitors Phytel outreach and researches related issues.
- Reviews and resolves complex items in departmental work queues.
- Identifies and implements additional departmental workqueues to support quality.
- Actively participates in and contributes to the quality management plan.
- Actively participates in quality monitoring via observation of calls or listening to pre-recorded calls.
- Assists SS Management with document management, reporting and trending.
- Monitors and reports on performance and quality indicators; scoring of behaviors and providing information to management.
- Identifies issues affecting the quality or accuracy of registration and scheduling, and shares this information with SS Management.
- Identifies new payors/plans and notifies the EDI unit and internal departments.
- Monitors Real Time Eligibility and reports related issues.
- Reviews Epic Upgrades related to Cadence and Prelude and creates departmental documentation when appropriate.
- Troubleshoots system issues.
- Performs other duties as related to department objectives.
The Experiences You Bring:
- High school diploma plus two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with ICD-9, CPT, and HCPCS a plus
- 3 years minimum EMR experience
- Two to five years of experience in Registration
- Schedules and prioritizes for self
- Establishes strategies to accomplish specific results and produces desired results
- Ability to build and troubleshoot templates in Epic
- Knowledge of EPIC with emphasis on Prelude and Cadence
- Moderate knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Extensive attention to detail
- Good organizational and prioritizing skills
- Good oral, written and computer communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask
- Ability to perform job functions and make independent decisions as appropriate
