Examples of Baker responsibilities:
  • Execute proper pre-bake and finishing of all products
  • Ensure Brand production standards and systems are executed
  • May transition to crew position when production levels are complete for day
  • Adhere to product recipes/specifications
  • Punctual and attentive to detail
