Crew Member Responsibilities: Dunkin' crew members are responsible for, but are not limited to...
- Opening the restaurant on time with all products ready and available
- Providing outstanding customer service and resolving any customer complaints in a fast and friendly manner within expectations
- Working as part of a team
- Executing orders in an accurate and timely fashion
- Handling and securing money
- Stocking and replenishing supplies
- Completing daily chores with quality standards and in a timely fashion
- Ensures and complies with all Dunkin standards including, but not limited to: health, food, and workplace safety policies and procedures, state and local laws, and company policies
- Performing other duties as assigned
No experience required: However, hard-working, multi-tasking, and positive individuals with exceptional customer services skills and previous work-related experience are preferred.
