Description
At Bluemont, all General Managers begin as Floating General Managers first, before being placed in stores. After 6 to 10 weeks of training, Floating General Managers will float in a market's geographical radius. We franchise 50 Dunkin ' stores in the Birmingham, Chattanooga, Cookeville, Knoxville, & Murfreesboro Markets and Surrounding Areas.
Quick service coffee beverages are our specialty with a side of donuts and quickly made sandwiches.

- Our GMs work 5 days a week. Usually all day shifts with being on-call!

Job Type: Full-time
Required Competencies
- At least 3 years of experience managing employees in the restaurant industry.
- Preferably 1 year experience working at a quick service restaurant (QSR) in a management position.
- 1 year of interviewing and determining hiring decisions.
- 1 year of scheduling experience.
- 2 years of inventory and truck ordering experience.
- 5 years of cash handling experience.
- 5 years of customer service experience.
- 1 year of managing food and labor costs/metrics.
- Required availability from as early as 4AM to 10PM.
- Active ServSafe Certification preferred.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school Diploma/Equivalency.
- Valid Driver's License.
