We are seeking a Driven and High-Performance HR Coordinator to join our team!

Our transaction volume and growth are quickly elevating our demand and need for additional team members!

Job Description

As an HR Coordinator, you will oversee new hires and terminations, payroll, benefit enrollments, mobile device management, recruiting, and overall employee relations. A successful HR Coordinator will stay current on regulations and guidelines and keep precise and detailed records, while providing quality support to employees.

Responsibilities / Duties (include, but not limited to)

  • Onboard new employees
  • Termination of employees
  • Payroll submissions
  • Oversee benefits and enrollments
  • Employee updates/changes
  • Mobile Device Management
  • Assist in recruiting and job postings
  • Oversee and implement policies and compliance
  • Handle employee issues, concerns, and complaints

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour

  • HRM Certificate (Preferred)
