As an Engineering Manager on the Customer Systems Platform Team, you’ll support a group of highly effective engineers who are helping to democratize security. You will help deliver a SaaS Platform that will enable our customers to adopt, use and transact for Duo’s products. You will develop solutions that will optimally integrate Duo and Cisco’s systems for customer SaaS lifecycle management. You will help build platforms and services that cater to the needs of our internal stakeholders.
You will collaborate with a wide range of internal partners (Product Management, Product Design, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Business Operations, Customer Support, Customer Experience etc) to build systems and engineer solutions that will empower them to achieve their mission.

Qualifications…
4 years experience leading software engineering teams with a history of developing highly available, scalable and robust services for SaaS products.
Experience developing on Amazon AWS or other cloud vendors.
You get excited about improving user experience for all stakeholders who use the services you build.
You are technical and most excited to support people who are as well. You have a history of supporting your teams to apply technical solutions that solve user problems.
You allow your team to stand on your shoulders by providing them with effective professional development plans.
You take the time to understand the core business model and can make sense of the work your team does and how it fits into the success of the company.
Excellent written and oral communication skills that you leverage to align teams, groups, and customers.
You value automated testing as much as writing expressive clean code and support your teams in their pursuit of craftsman level execution and engineering excellence.
