The role of the Tyvek(R) Master Scheduler includes:
•Develops and maintains the monthly Master Production Schedule at the detailed level (style) by translating the IBP monthly aggregate Production Plan for the MPS horizon considering all demand and requirements for production.
•Implement, execute, and maintains Master Production Schedule (MPS) policies to ensure stability and responsiveness through tracking and revision of metrics..
•Maintains and provide valid Delivery to Promise (DTP) data, MPS Compliance, and Inventory Health, among others.
•Serves as the face of Tyvek(R) supply chain on project teams for new product launches and transitions, changes to our value stream, among others.
•Coordinates the flow of rejected goods for rework through partnerships with tollers.
•Identify and resolve conflicts with supply and demand and available capacity for the MPS horizon.
•Utilize “what if” simulations/scenario planning to evaluate proposed MPS changes to determine impact and execute the approved changes effectively.
•Maintain both semi-finished and finished inventory and recommend disposition of non-productive inventories (NPI) as appropriate
•Works with the data team to ensure accurate and complete master data for Tyvek(R) Roll Goods
Preferred Candidates have the following pre-requisites:
- 2-3 years of planning experience
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- ASCM Certification
- Manufacturing/Plant Experience
- BS/BA in Supply Chain, Business or Technical Field
