Dura-Line is hiring for a NEW & REMOTE Global CMMS Administrator to join our Engineering team. In this position, you will lead, design, implement, train, and maintain the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) roll out starting in the US & then expanding globally. This initiative includes integrating eMaint CMMS with SAP (ERP), developing & executing SOPs, best practices & training materials, and driving enterprise/regional standardization in CMMS workflows, asset documentation, maintenance procedures, equipment list and hierarchy.

We need someone with demonstrated passion & extensive hands-on experience on CMMS, Preventative Maintenance, and Autonomous Care Program Standardization. You will work very closely with our global manufacturing sites for the local implementation of the program and identify CSPs, establish recommended quantities and reorder points. Given your experience & knowledge, you will offer CMMS subject matter expertise to sites and develop into superuser of eMaint CMMS and help support the sites in mining information and extracting data from CMMS to drive reliability improvements and CapEx justification & lead FMEA analysis with Maintenance & Engineering on critical assets.

You will work with global and cross-functional teams to help lead this project and bring it to life, which means you must be comfortable working remotely, able to lead and interact with various team members & influence cultural change across multiple sites. This includes working with IT and CMMS provider to develop functionality, including equipment condition monitoring capabilities, inventory visibility across enterprise/region and CMMS integration with SAP for procurement.

We need someone with strong project management and documentation skills to train and guide the team on the new CMMS process implementation and drive a continuous improvement mindset and culture. You will need strong business acumen, lean manufacturing/continuous improvement experience, and an intellectual curiosity that can relate analytical skills to convert data into actionable information to help roll out this new technology & process. What else can help you succeed in this role? A successful track record of CMMS Administrator or superuser experience, including roles in maintenance leadership in a multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment. In addition, a strategic focus, and organizational skills to identify and prioritize the most critical and impactful issues and opportunities to drive long-term success. You must be able to synthesize data and summarize outcomes to provide recommendations on a compliant path forward.

Must have excellent communication as it will require you to outline the process and manage the project and influence and engage employees. You must have empathy, be a respectful and humble leader. We are looking for a servant leader, creative thinker, and problem solver with strong organizational skills and excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar project management software) and experience using ERP System (SAP is a plus) is required for this role. A degree in Engineering or relevant field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience in a managerial capacity and if you have PMP, CMRP, CMRT, CFM, CPMM certification it is a huge plus!
