We’re currently adding a Service Coordinator to manage scheduling the day-to-day operations of the service team. Acting as the main point of contact for administrative service support, the coordinator will arrange emergency onsite support, project coordination, and resource deployment. Additionally, the Service Coordinator will be hands on in quoting, order management, technician scheduling, invoicing, and reporting. Foodmate has a culture driven on the value of teamwork and this position is the centralized point of contact for customers and the service team they support.
Qualifications
Position Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Process customer POs and open work orders
- Handle RMAs and Warranty requests in accordance with the company policy
- Manage inventory for service department
- Schedule technician visits and coordinate projects with sales and customers
- Follow-up on customer back orders and work in progress report (WIP)
- Close work orders and complete billing process
- Prepare monthly reporting and revenue forecasts
- Comply with the organization’s environmental, health & safety, recycling, sustainability efforts and quality assurance policies and standards
- Data Entry as needed
- Create and send quotes to customers
- Issue POs for outside resources use in service events
Position Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field or equivalent service experience - preferred
- Experience in a service-related field with customer interaction a plus
- Clarity and attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent tasks
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, and Excel (data management and pivot tables)
- Experience with database queries and customer reporting tools a plus
Physical Requirements:
During the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, climb, carry and drive. Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Work Environment:
This position is primarily performed out of the company head office, which is a climate controlled, clean and neat working environment. The working conditions within a poultry processing facility (at our customers) can be cold or hot and damp / wet. Visits to our customer locations will require the use of personal protection devices (ear plugs, hard hat, and eye protection).
Salary : $21 - $31
