Description

Dutch Ridge requires financial investigators for various locations to support the Drug Enforcement Administration's (DEA) Diversion Control Program (DCP). The DCP works with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies as well as judicial districts to ensure the effectiveness of investigations is maximized for individuals suspected of violating the Controlled Substances Act or other federal, state, or local statutes in connection to the diversion of legal pharmaceutical controlled substances or listed chemicals.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organizes and conducts detailed examinations of information generated during complex financial criminal/civil investigations and information available through alternative sources for the purpose of conducting financial analyses of personal/business assets of targeted organizations/individuals.
  • Utilizes information obtained as a result of the financial analysis and prepares documentation for use by law enforcement personnel pursuing civil and criminal matters.

Position Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of criminal investigative experience and a minimum of 2 years of experience specializing in financial investigations.
  • The Financial Investigator shall possess working knowledge of current financial investigation techniques, including the use of commercial databases and other sources of information.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Secret Clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • May be required to travel.

This position is fully onsite and there is no remote work option available.
