Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Dutch-Way Farm Market located in Schaefferstown, PA. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, meeting sales and P&L goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication with team members and customers. The Restaurant Manager oversees our full-service restaurant, in-store kitchen and the Express (snack bar area).
Qualifications
