What will disqualify most candidates:

  • Driving history report that includes too many/recent tickets and or accidents

Why we are looking:
We believe the growth we have seen so far is due in part to the proactive approach we have taken to the changes in the market, our unique selling philosophy, and our commitment to our customers. To achieve our next level of growth, we must add 2-3 new sales people.

How we pay:
The compensation plan is commissioned with a starting salary. An estimated income for the first year is calculated to be between $30,000 to $50,000 for an average performer, and between $60,000 to $100,000 for a motivated individual. There is no cap or limit to the income earned. You will be paid on your individual performance! We do not guarantee the estimated income.

What is expected:
Primary tasks will include: setting appointments by phone and internet, basics of product knowledge, needs analysis, product consultation, handling of objections/questions, presenting offers to purchase, filling out appropriate paperwork and following up with prospects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,522.00 - $77,509.00 per year
