**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Foreman to lead our team of four professionals. This pivotal role involves overseeing routine maintenance requests from tenants as well as spearheading complete renovations of outdated apartments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and possess the technical expertise necessary to train new employees effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise a crew of four, ensuring efficient and high-quality completion of tasks.
- Oversee a variety of maintenance and renovation tasks, including vinyl flooring installation, paint spraying, baseboard and trim work, plumbing (such as water shut-off and shower manifold replacement), electrical tasks (including outlet replacement and grounding, light replacement), drain snaking, and section eight repairs.
- Balance the dispatch of crew members between maintenance requests and renovation projects, maintaining high productivity and service standards.
- Hold team members accountable for their work, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Responsible for purchasing materials using company funds and ensuring timely delivery to job sites.
- Conduct performance evaluations every four months, providing opportunities for raises based on performance.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams in maintenance or construction settings.
- Proficiency in a broad range of maintenance and renovation skills, as outlined above.
- Ability to instruct and guide new workers in various tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
**Salary & Benefits:**
- Starting pay: $19/hour.
- Regular performance evaluations every four months, with potential for salary increases.

- $75/month discount on rent.
