- Plan, organize and schedule daily work assignments
- Estimate new construction, tenant and retrofit projects
- Complete understanding of the sequence of construction - Follow established safety protocols and
- VOSCHA standards - Maintain bid/proposals on Company spreadsheets.
- Must be proficient in the use of computers and email
- Understand financial metrics regarding department profitability

MUST HAVE:
Minimum of 5 years estimating commercial fire sprinkler system.
Knowledge and understanding of NFPA #13, 20, 14 standards for installing Fire
sprinkler systems.
