The Role
As an Implementation Manager at Dwelo, you’ll use your deep understanding of technology, logistics, and years of project management experience to manage highly strategic and complicated projects from early-stage sales all the way through final implementation. The work you do each day will help Sales, Supply Chain, Field Service, Community Success, and Support be successful. Dwelo has recently expanded into the access control market and you will act as one of the resident experts for that area of business as it continues to grow and take shape. Your expertise and experience will ensure that the implementations we do at our communities stay on schedule and within budget. Since the problems you will be solving have yet to be encountered it will be imperative that you are able to work systematically with various stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure the success of each project you manage.
Responsibilities
- Consult with the Regional Sales Managers and customers to ensure the best solution is provided and expectations are set appropriately
- Hold accountability across multiple stakeholders throughout the implementation of resident smart devices, access control, software integrations, and more
- Collaborate with and manage the daily work the Project Coordinators are performing across your projects
- Act as a thought partner towards continuous improvement by actively surfacing process defects and seeking after solutions that reduce waste across the entire implementation function
Requirements
- Hungry to manage complex projects in a dynamic startup environment
- Methodical in your approach to problem-solving
- 5 years experience in B2B working with high profile stakeholders
- 5 years working in access control
- 5 years experience navigating high-risk projects in the multifamily, smart home automation, or similar field
