The Sales team are looking to recruit a Vice President to actively sell the full suite of ALSP services for the Division as a new business hunter, creating and implementing strategic sales plans and building and developing enduring client relationships. This role would work with the Head of Marketing and Business Development on campaigns, advertising and PR etc. Planning and implementing sales and customer growth, retention and development across each of the individual businesses within the Division and for the Division as a whole.
An ideal candidate for the role will have these skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to articulate ideas into clear business objectives, business acumen with a strategic ability, strong leadership qualities and proven track record of effectively managing a sales team and have a track record of implementing structure and methodologies to improve consistency of approach and increase conversion.
