Responsibilities:
• Client delivery leadership role with client relationship skills
• Demonstrated Automotive wholesale business system knowledge
• Experienced in Microsoft (.NET & Azure) and Mainframe technology
• Serves as trusted advisor to internal and/or external clients for understanding the business/technical problem/need, translating them to, shaping and/or validating requirements and scope for the solution.
• Serves as a technical expert on solutions design, development, and implementation requirements to address business needs.
• Demonstrated Microsoft and Mainframe SW architecture for development and modernization projects
• Proven track record in delivering client solutions as well as identifying potential client's needs and business opportunities for DXC
• Leading Services with day-to-day management duties with JMFA
• Point of Contact (POC) for operational & tactical issues representing delivery of all Services/functions to JMFA
• Manage performance metrics, reporting, escalation & communication
• Assure compliance with JMFA and Vendor related quality, policies, strategies, and processes
• Act as a team or project leader by providing managerial and technical direction
• Tracking resource and overall performance metrics, reporting, escalation & communication
