Responsibilities of the Inventory Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor inventory levels daily
- Ordering items that fall below minimum inventory levels
- Determine substitutions
- Maintain equipment at accounts
- Customer relations
- Basic understanding of metal cutting products
- Solicit sales of new or additional services or products
Qualifications of the Inventory Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Ambitious and serious about starting your career
- College degree preferred but not required
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Organized
- Able to follow procedures
- Strong customer orientation
- Attention to detail
- Problem analysis and resolution skills
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is a must
- Must have a valid Driver's License and MVR check with an acceptable driving record according to company guidelines
Additional Information:
Physical Demand: Lifting up to 40 lbs
Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hour DOE
Working Conditions: Warehouse
Training/Certifications: N/A
Shift Time/Overtime: 6:30am-3:00pm
Travel: 25% locally. Must have a valid Driver's License and MVR check with an acceptable driving record according to company guidelines
Education: High School Diploma or GED
