JOB TITLE: Applications Support Specialist I

REPORTS TO: Director of Finance

FLSA STATUS: Salary/Exempt

JOB SUMMARY:

This position’s purpose is to provide support and guidance areas/topics related to the company’s technology needs, particularly when related to the ERP. This position will oversee system functionality, onboarding/training of new employees onto different systems, as well as introducing new features as the needs of the company evolve. This person will also be the main line of communication with third party vendors that provide IT related services.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Work closely with executives and entry-level employees alike, coordinating technology needs at all levels.
• Coordinates IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP)
• Works in SAP program integration
• Will oversee program integration into their CRM software
• Address any outstanding functional issues concerning the ERP or other technologies that interact with/relate to the ERP.

• Approving access to add/remove users
• Manage a ticket queue containing all corporate functions system problems as it pertains to supported applications
• Create custom reports that are requested by other functional areas of the business.
• Onboard/train new employees that interact with the ERP or other technologies that are related to the ERP.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Recommended Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Systems related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
