Dynafios works with hospitals and physicians in designing and facilitating co-management arrangements, physician practice optimization and strategic initiatives. You will be accountable for a portfolio of client engagements and will facilitate the implementation, data analytics and meetings/follow up actions.
The Sr. Consultant is expected to provide thought leadership to project strategies and to the creation of new products and services for the company. Here are the specifics of the job description:
Service Delivery (Proficiency: project management, deadline management, communication, strategic thinking)
- Provide executive and strategic consulting services aligning physicians and healthcare systems in partnership.
- Ability to evaluate and determine strategic and operational opportunities in the market.
- Provide analysis and research on brand identity, market position, business development.
- Conduct research on market trends in the healthcare industry to identify emerging opportunities for client growth and consulting services expansion.
- Facilitate cohesive team building and accountability in client leadership through partnered relationships.
- Acts as a system disrupter and cultural change agent.
- Develop data analytic concepts and tools using MS Excel and Tableau to identify strategies for improvement.
- Maintains knowledge and utilizes benchmarks and recent best practice research to engineering processes that are lean and efficient.
- Collaborates with colleagues to develop resources and toolkits for clients.
- Assist in coordinating and communicating the results of consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management.
- Adapts written, oral and visual presentations to clients and management that encompass the use of infographic theory to augment templates.
- Meet with executive sponsor for client engagements to ascertain satisfaction, improvements and explore sales opportunities.
- Active engagement in mentoring and providing insight into current and projected priorities of healthcare respective of regional and national dynamics.
- Understands, promotes discussion with sales team for Dynafios A.P.P (Aligning Provider Payments)
- Understands, promotes discussion with sales team 4Cast analytics platform.
- Develop and maintain broad business and community networks to identify and recruit new clients.
- Identify additional pportunities in existing clients and prospect new business through marketing and promotion of content at meetings, webinars and social media.
- Participates in networking events related to Dynafios and the services we provide.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in nursing or related healthcare field applicable to this position.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in senior level healthcare leadership, nursing, and/or Consulting Services.
- Must have demonstrated ability to deliver customer service, delivery of consulting service, and the ability to lead a project.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and writing skills are required. Must be able to exude confidence and maintain a strong presence in front of clients.
