THE POSITION:

We are looking for a candidate who is an energetic and motivated self-starter who is experienced in building a multi-state region. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for helping to build our Northeast/Midwest region by performing and managing the sales cycle including lead generation, driving new opportunities, and managing prospect and current dealer relationships while meeting company goals.

Dynamark has a proven track record of innovation and superior service delivery. Our ideal candidate is someone who has business-to-business relationship-based sales experience and is motivated to win. This BDM will cover a territory that may include Northeast: MD, MA, CT, ME, RI, VT, NH, NJ, NY, PA, VA, WV, DE Midwest: IL, IN, MI, MN, MO, OH, KY, WI, KS, IA, NE, ND, SD

SUCCESSFUL SALES TEAM MEMBERS:

  • Apply a consistent prospecting plan to build their pipeline and document their activity. Including calling, email, site visits, presentations, etc.
  • Highlight to customers the competitive advantages we offer and share our story.
  • Manage and overcome objections and obstacles to compete for the business.
  • Remain confident in the product they sell and persuade decision makers.
  • Believe that success can be achieved through hard work and perseverance.

Qualifications


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years B2B selling experience with successful results in multi-state environment.
  • Experience within the security industry a plus but not required.
  • Ability and enthusiasm to learn.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to travel regularly (50% of time) throughout their territory.

COMPENSATION:

Our compensation package includes a base salary, a generous uncapped commission plan, and a robust benefits package. Successful team members will easily earn six figures OTE $150k
