The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting the company and its products or services to international markets. This individual will plan and implement marketing campaigns across multiple regions, while adjusting their messaging and content to each target audience. The Global Marketing Manager will also analyze current global trends, identify business opportunities, monitor the company's brand image, and conduct market research.
This role can be based in any of our global offices or remotely either in USA, or alternatively in the UK, Germany, or Poland.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Managing Dywidag's Integrated Marketing Communications
- Omnichannel brand management
- Manage Dywidag's Digital Asset Management system
- Coordination with Dywidag's regional marketing colleagues to ensure tactical alignment with regional/global strategies
- Coordination with Dywidag's technology department to support product launches, product spotlights and Dywidag's Product Information Management system
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally in B2B environment
- Minimum undergraduate level qualification in a marketing-based degree or relevant work experience
- Master's level (MBA or MBA equivalent) with a core marketing module desirable
- Strong communication skills and working with regional marketing colleagues (& other related departments) on a frequent basis is essential
- Experience with customer focused marketing ideally in the industrial sector
- Good knowledge of core areas of marketing, including diagnosis, strategy, and execution, desirable
- Experience with Marketing Plan development desirable
- Experience of working with international teams desirable
- Briefing experience desirable
