Position : Operations Manager – Automotive Industry
E-Carzz is an innovative, automotive dealership that offers direct-to-consumer consignment methods for Fleets, Auto Lenders, Rental Car Company. E-Carzz is looking for an experienced Operations Manager who has prior Sales and Operations experience in the automotive space, is up to date on the latest automotive sales technologies, a passion for cars, and wants an opportunity to join a growing company.
Job requirements include a minimum of 5 years in operations role at a reputable dealership. Excellent relationship building skills both in-person and over the phone. Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
The goal is to execute a strategic plan to meet and exceed performance objectives.
Qualifications
Ø General business knowledge to successfully operate and manage a corporate dealership.
Ø Strong organizational and analytical skills to track all appropriate operational measures and analyze and forecast operational performance results.
Ø Proven record of accomplishment in the automotive retail industry.
Ø Familiarity and mastery of automotive technology solutions and systems.
Ø Excellent business skills.
Ø Successful background in financial/budgeting role.
Ø 5 years of automotive experience required.
Ø Experience as an automotive GSM/GM (preferred).
Ø Demonstrable experience in a sales management position.
Responsibilities
E-Carzz is seeking a General Manager to oversee overall business activities, ensuring business targets and customer service levels are achieved.
Ø As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, cross-training, developing all sales-related staff, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Ø Forecast sales, maintain proper inventory levels in terms of amount and vehicle types, and motivate the sales team.
Ø Responsible to meet used vehicle sales quotas consistently and profitably through expert management and leadership.
Ø Continuously work to improve the business operations of the organization.
Ø Work with vendors and corporate to help drive business and support to the business growth.
Ø Manage and oversee activities of all dealerships.
Ø Work with dealer-principal, sales, service, and finance management to develop dealership sales goals.
Ø Train sales team to become subject matter experts on all vehicles and vehicle specifications/features in the inventory.
Ø Establish sales quotas for each sales representative and provide continuous feedback in order to manage to overall sales goals.
Ø Continuously monitor and adjust inventory to optimize customer choice.
Ø Measure and report sales metrics; monitor actuals-to-plan
