Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and driven E-Commerce Account Manager to join the E-Cloth team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to make data driven decisions and recommendations to ensure corporate objectives are achieved. The E-Commerce Account Manager will lead the Company’s day-to-day digital management and development, focusing on driving profitable growth through the Company’s digital channels, managing third-party marketplaces and ensuring brand standards are consistent throughout. This individual will also drive changes to our platforms, focused on evidence-based outcomes, and will oversee monitoring the effectiveness of digital strategies by measuring performance against standardized metrics.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute campaigns to meet financial objectives for the Company’s third party E-Commerce business.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with external partners including buyers, category managers, and others on E-Commerce sites including Home Depot, Thrive, Wayfair and many others.
  • Execute and analyze daily/weekly reports to track KPIs for various campaigns and projects, informing third-party E-Commerce site maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Develop forecasting tools to enhance the accuracy of the budget and forecast models.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with appropriate teams the shipments to E-Commerce marketplaces to keep products stocked appropriately.
  • Recommend and establish new digital channels of distribution.
  • Stay current on e-commerce strategies and make recommendations on new e-commerce revenue streams.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on global digital strategy for the brand. Help shape guidelines and best practices for all digital markets, driving an enhanced customer experience on all digital channels including e-commerce, e-retailers, SEM, SEO, and CRM,
  • Coordinate with marketing team to develop external content calendar, overseeing product uploads, and third-party PDPs.
  • Engage with agency partners to drive revenue growth via digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliate/e-mail marketing and social media.
  • Collaborate with marketing to manage external agencies, copywriters, and graphic designers, ensuring careful adherence to predetermined marketing and brand strategies.

 Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
  • Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies and forecast models
  • Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
  • Consummate supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and compile large amounts of information into dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Manage progress by keeping track of team's daily performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with demonstrated data driven approach to business management and ability to craft a story using data
  • Strong communication skills & project management competence, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence across multiple levels and functions and drive coordination across groups
  • Must be able to quickly learn, understand and apply new technologies.
