Temporary - Associate Director, Digital Product

Boll & Branch is looking for a seasoned professional to serve as maternity coverage for our Associate Director, Digital Product from approximately September through March.

In this temporary position, the person will report to the Sr. Director, E-commerce and be the liaison between Site Merchandising, Operations and our Engineering team. They will be responsible for project management and delivery of key roadmap items, including requirements gathering and end to end testing of new features. This fill-in will also partner closely with our product analyst on tracking/naming conventions and KPIs for new site features.

This fill-in will need to be excellent at project management and establishing/managing timelines. We are considering candidates who are available 20-40 hours per week for this maternity fill-in and are open to remote or (hybrid) on-site schedules.

Qualifications:

• Strategic and analytical thinker - ability to quickly synthesize information, conclusions and recommend actions
• Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and site analytics tools (Jira, GA, Shopify)
• Deep understanding of customer journeys with proven ability to transform customer needs into actionable product roadmaps and requirements
• Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize and communicate complex or technical concepts
• Team player able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
