Administrative Assistant

Established over 34 years ago, E-filliate, Inc. is a fast-paced, dynamic mobile accessories manufacturer based in Rancho Cordova. We design and manufacture mobile accessory products under licensed brands, DEWALT and Black & Decker, as well as our own brands of Tech & Go, Fusebox, and several others. Our products can be found worldwide at most major hardware and home improvement retailers such as The Home Depot and Lowe’s.

We are seeking keen candidates who are eager to provide support in a variety of ways to our Product Managers. In addition to supporting the Procurement team, you will apprentice on projects in several different areas: Product Development, Product Management, and Project Management. Ideal candidates will possess a desire to work with innovative consumer electronics and be willing to learn and grow within the company.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Provide general administrative support: handling the reviewing process, data entry for overall product database maintenance, and assist with managing all phases of a project from planning to completion

· Aid in the analysis of competitor/market research, market gap, and identify potential ideas for improvement

· Review and prep product samples for a streamlined reviewal process

· Prepare project status reports and maintain files to present priority information to the sales and marketing teams upon request

· Compile project scopes, ROI, and production timelines

Key Qualifications:

  • Interest in developing project management skills and gain understanding of project management business
  • Desires to take initiative and autonomously follow projects through to conclusion
  • Creative and analytical problem-solving skills to interpret data into impactful insights
  • Confident and organized in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage ambiguity, change, and parallel priorities
  • Comfortable prioritizing and managing competing demands while maintaining attention to detail
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking with urgency and self-directed solutions
  • Approaches tasks with optimism and a forward-thinking attitude

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience appreciated but not required

· A strong background in written and numerical accuracy is vital

· Customer-facing or sales experience is a plus

· Intermediate or higher level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
