Role Summary
EBlock is looking for a Branch Manager to lead the operations team in the Buena Park location. The Branch Manager will ensure safety and compliance, identify process improvements, contribute to employee morale best practices, and enhance overall branch operations. The position will report to the Regional Operations Manager, US West.
What You Will Do:
- Regularly attend and engage in weekly and monthly leadership/department meetings and quarterly safety meetings
- Maintain all License, State Board of Equalization posters, Maintenance Logs, Sales License, etc. File or post as appropriate
- Thorough understanding of EBlock systems including Tracker, Netsuite and EBlock applications
- Produce accurate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as directed by leadership
- Maintain accurate inventory reports including contacting Dealers regarding vehicle pick up
- Properly check vehicles in/out in Tracker
- Accurately document payments through Tracker and Netsuite
- Responsible for branch security tracking branch office/gate keys and assuring security fence and cameras are activated to review security cameras archives for arbitrations, accidents, and theft
- Report all incidents to vehicles, building, employees, theft, etc. to
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Team leading the hiring process for the branch
- Develop top talent by effectively communicating with staff, conduct quarterly/annual merit reviews, on-going training, performance management, and make decisions regarding disciplinary actions
- Dayforce management including reviewing and approving timesheets, and time away requests
- Responsible for expenses and monitor costs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively respond and resolve issues with company departments and customers/dealers through phone, email and in-person in a timely manner
- Complete vehicle inspections as needed
- Perform other job-related duties and special projects as directed by supervisor
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or relevant experience preferred
- Good knowledge of OSHA Standards and Regulations
- Automotive experience or Auction experience preferred
- Familiarity with industry rules and regulations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
