IT Project Manager

E-INFOSOL is seeking a IT Project Manager to support a contract in the Washington, DC area.

Job Description

The IT Project Manager will:

• Provide technical leadership, demonstrated through leading meetings such as scrums, team meetings, and customer briefs, reporting of team status, identifying risks.
• Supports a technology and innovation office, Agency stakeholders and program management
• Research and document user profiles, analysis tasks, workflows, and user scenarios.
• Collect and document user requirements.
• Create user interface design specifications.
• Work closely with product designers and process engineers developing applications.
• Oversee usability testing.
• Design and develop user surveys to obtain user feedback.
• Work directly with high level clients requiring

Clearance

·         Active Top-Secret clearance

Minimum Education Preferred

·         Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in an IT technical field or business

Minimum Experience Required

• 5 years of experience in IT Project Management or Technical Lead position
• 10 years of IT related experience
• PMP certification highly preferred
• Shall have the ability to design desirable user interfaces that meets the users’ needs and taste
• Has experience with task management via JIRA and supporting software development efforts.
• Excellent Communications Skill
• Exceptional Presentation Skills
• Understands Cloud Technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure)
