We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer to fill a full-time position at our Wareham, MA location. We offer both a competitive pay and benefits package.
Responsibilities include:
- Conceptualize & design kitchens, vanities, and countertops according to specification and customer preference using 2020 software technology.
- Work with the inside and outside sales staff to generate new sales leads via telephone, electronic and in-person communication.
- Coordinate and schedule on and off-site meetings with both new and existing customers, serving as a dependable point of contact throughout the experience.
- Also responsible for managing material orders with suppliers, including submission, review, and confirmation of all orders within the operating system.
- Must stay current with new product offerings.
Qualifications include:
- Associate's Degree or 2 years college preferred.
- 2-5 years in a Kitchen and Bath Design position, or very closely related field preferred.
- Detail-oriented.
- Telephone customer service experience preferred.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced computer skills.
- Experience using 2020 Technologies design software.
