We are seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to join our growing team. Are you results driven, organized, and enjoy building strong relationships with clients? Our Associate Relationship Manager is tasked with being the first point of contact for our clients and assists them in implementing their wealth strategy, scheduling meetings and building lifelong relationships.
Starting base salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000 annually, plus variable compensation based on supported client revenue.

Administer client account paperwork and transfers
Gather, organize, and synthesize client data within a financial planning context
Interface with client third party administrators, attorneys, accountants, and custodians
Respond to client requests via phone and email promptly
Analyze client situations and propose possible solutions in the wealth management planning process
Provide support to relationship manager(s) and wealth manager(s)
Operate financial planning and client management software
Work with our amazing team to assist in resolving client issues
A Bachelor’s degree (preferred focus of study) in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related professional experience in Sales, Finance, Legal or Accounting or other related business
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical skills
Attention to detail
Familiarity with Tamarac Advisor View, Salesforce, MoneyGuideElite, Holistiplan, or experience with similar systems is a BIG PLUS
Desire to move up within the position quickly, which will include Series 65 license and CFP. Passing the Series 65 exam is required within the first 90 days
This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth. Everyone who has succeeded in this position has moved forward to a more client-facing position with significant personal growth and income potential. Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute phone interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments.
