EStaff has partnered with a Pittsburgh company looking for a Business Systems Analyst to design, develop, modify, implement, and provide support for software programming application for company systems.
Job Details:
Direct Hire
Competitive salary with tons of upside in company bonuses and profit sharing
Hours: Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM.
This position is 100% on-site.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and support software individually and as a team member
- Analyze requests for new software or modifications to current applications, communicating status to users
- Thoroughly test new software and modifications
- Train users and support them on software and modifications
- Assist other Business Systems Analysts
- Maintain the SQL Server database and underlying programs/procedures
Education and Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in Software Development
- Strong object-oriented programming experience
- Some database administration experience
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills with end-users and cross-divisional developers
- Strong attention to detail
- Work on Site; Open to occasional travel between facilities
Preferred:
- C#, .NET, WPF / Prism (MVVM), ASP.NET, Entity Framework
- SQL Server Administration, SQL Server Reporting Services, TSQL
- REST Services
- Microsoft DevOps with Agile practices
