What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pipefitter I-III position at e2o U.S. LLC?
A Journeyman Pipefitter I - III performs and knows how to fabricate butt weld pipe, threaded pipe, and socket weld pipe; is able to identify and install above, underground and specialty piping, hangers and supports, valves and inline specialties; and understands how to perform stress relieving aligning and testing. A Journey Pipefitter I - III masters mathematical functions and knows their applications to pipefitting. They are also able to properly identify and master hand tools, power tools, and equipment, including equipment for rigging and their procedures. Main Duties / Responsibilities Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Reads and interprets blueprints and sketches to repair, modify, install and dismantle various pipes and fittings. Performs fabrication, assembly and testing of piping systems and components. Pipefitting and brazing to join, fabricate or repair piping and associated hangers and supports. Proficient in bending pipe. Company Requirements Code of Conduct Demonstrate Clough Principles Clough Management System requirements Qualifications: Experience High School/GED with Apprenticeship Diploma and additional vocational courses or technical school graduate. 4 Years of Pipefitter Experience Additional Requirements Desirable Read ISO's, Blueprints, P&ID's Certified NCCER Written Knowledge in Pipefitting Brazing Experience Physical Demands/ Essential Functions Work Environment Large amounts of standing, walking, bending, climbing, squatting and lifting. Will talk and hear to communicate. Work from heights Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, pull: objects, materials, controls and tools. Give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand directions. May be required to lift, carry and move objects safely up to 50Lb. Will occasionally work at heights, climb ladders and stairways and work from platforms. Will use vision abilities to focus, see short and long distances, colors, depth perception and peripheral vision. Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs/muffs, masks/respirators, safety vests, gloves and steel-toe boots. Understand and respond appropriately to all safety hazards and warning devices (back-up alarms, smell of smoke, different colored warning tags, warning sirens). Understand and implement lockout/tagout procedures in a safe manner. Coordinate work with other crafts and co-workers on the job. Will work in all weather conditions ranging from warm/hot – cool/cold. Occasional rain. Will work at different elevations. Dusty environment. Noise levels will be moderate to high. Job site will contain light to heavy equipment vehicles, small to large equipment, materials, communication equipment and tools. People standing, walking, sitting, signaling and talking.
