Responsibilities
- Design and plan projects in line with the current zoning and building codes.
- Produce conceptual plans and renderings.
- Plans and programs layout of projects.
- Coordination and research of materials and products for project specifications.
- Monitor on-site construction progress including quality control.
- Perform site visits as needed, while following safety guidelines
- Track and report on project progress
- Collaborate with contractors and project managers
- Coordinate and integrate engineering elements to produce a unified design.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum of 4 years of architectural experience
- Accredited bachelor’s degree in architecture
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods and building codes
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication ability (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and self-starter
- Currently licensed as an Architect
- Ability to become licensed in Nebraska and the surrounding states
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
