The Role in Brief:

Connectedness Manager

The Connectedness team is seeking a Manager to play a key part in the continued growth of the initiative. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of colleague-to-colleague collaboration, meticulous attention to detail, and examples of leading projects from creative inception to execution. The role will require development of strong professional relationships with individuals and teams throughout the firm, including all levels of seniority and job function.

This hire may be based in Washington, D.C. or Richmond, VA; this position is also open to remote employment within the continental United States.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactively creates, executes, and reports on campaign ROI and makes data-driven adjustments to campaigns to maximize conversions
  • Proactively manages the lead funnel from pass to execution to NBB in partnership with Demand Gen and Partner Development
  • Works in partnership with the analytics team to proactively identify blind spots in data, key trends, and insights, and turns those insights into action
  • Creates and executes on enablement strategies to unlock relationships
  • Works in partnership with crediting and incentives team to design incentives that encourage staff to pass quality leads that generate NBB
  • Partners with Learning and Development to onboard new commercial staff
  • Serve the firm's top lead passers through recognition, special events, and targeted training
  • Execute annual Product Knowledge Exam
  • Maintains and merchandizes firm Product Book
  • Writes and sends a monthly 1EAB firm update
  • Supports strategic initiatives including User Gems
  • Manages Two Commercial Coordinators:
    • 1EAB Inbox Oversight
    • Web Help Support Oversight

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Superb project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple stakeholders
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed internal and external expectations
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience achieving goals while working in a fast-paced, cross-functional role

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing competing priorities of a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to overcome challenges or obstacles in the moment
  • Proven experience working across multiple teams and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues
  • Experience directly managing or mentoring junior staff
  • Pursuit of creative outlets or problem-solving methods in the personal or professional realm
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel

Compensation:

The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $42,000 - $62,500 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.

This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
