Job Description

The Project Manager will develop the project plans that meet our customer expectations. They will lead cross functional teams facilitate cross functional team meetings, track and report billable project hours/ They are accountable to facilitate and monitor project progress by assuring that deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. The Project Manager will serve as liaison between the business and technical aspects of projects by overseeing technical resources to meet project objectives and customer expectations. The Project Manager needs to provide timely and clear communication with EAC stakeholders and clients in order to successfully keep the project on schedule.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Creating long- and short-term project plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources
Project task delegation to applicable resources
Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
Assist in the definition of project scope and goals
Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
Communicate with executives to keep the project aligned with company goals
Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed
Accountable for driving project tasks to on-time completion. completion of project tasks
Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies
Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards
Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback
Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
Assess current or future customer needs and priorities through communicating directly with customers, conducting surveys, or other methods
Schedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects
Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables
Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials
Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans
Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs
Establish and execute a project communication plan
Identify need for initial or supplemental project resources
Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel
Develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI)
Coordinate recruitment or selection of project personnel
Develop and manage annual budgets for information technology projects
Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
Bachelor’s Degree in management, business or a related field
2 years’ professional experience in an Enterprise Software company or equivalent
3 years industry knowledge

PMP certification would be beneficial, but not required
Demonstrated use of various Project Management models such as Waterfall, Agile, LEAN
Demonstrated and/or certification in work process improvement; Six Sigma, Value Stream Design or LEAN
Demonstrated use of Microsoft Project
Be familiar with, but not mandatory with NetSuite or other CRM tools
