Be able to effectively communicate with the customer and their concern(s). Write up a repair order, advise on scheduled maintenance that has not been performed. Be able to make an estimate for needed repairs or services. Effective communication with the techs are a must to ensure what is needed and why to the customers car. Must be able to type efficiently.
