WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS AN ACCOUNTANT
As an Accountant, you help keep our books straight and our company in good financial shape! Under the direction of our controller, you perform a wide variety of accounting tasks and help coordinate our finances. Attentive to detail, you help process payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and month-end reconciliations. You diligently review daily bank transactions as well as assist with check deposits and cash applications, making sure everything looks correct.
Every week, you report labor key performance indicators (KPIs) to production to help measure our team's effectiveness. When assigned, you also complete other tasks and special projects. Additionally, you promptly respond to emails and phone calls, always speaking politely and professionally. You take pride in performing this essential financial job and find satisfaction in keeping our books balanced!
OUR IDEAL ACCOUNTANT
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 1 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business applications
