- INSIDE TECHNICAL SALES POSITION
Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing technical information; developing accounts. Offer product recommendations based on customer’s needs. Work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the entire sales process, making sure that they ask the correct probing questions to understand what they need. This position focuses on qualifying leads, offering accurate product information and giving a high level of customer service. This position must be detailed-oriented, have good communication skills and have mastered the ability to close a sale. This position handles any sales issues from customers and employees unless escalated.
· Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
· Communications: making multiple outbound calls to online leads from multiple sources (BuyerZones, online orders, online requests).
· Available to handle a large about of inbound calls.
· Understands client needs and offers solutions and support.
· Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
· Become experts on our products, services and capabilities within our industry.
· Creates and maintains database of prospect clients, clients and contacts within Salesforce with accurate and updated information.
· Professional communications (Customer quotes, system notations, emails, phone etiquette, etc.).
· Answers potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
· Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures.
· Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
· Builds pipelines with potential customers and nurtures the relationship through follow up processes on open quotes until completion
· Represents the company with a professional and positive demeanor, offering excellent customer service.
· Closing sales and working with clients through the closing process.
· Pull reports of open quotes to ensure all employees are following up with customers
· Create a flow and/or processes to increase sales
· Handle all sales issues including service/tech questions if escalated
Address increase of returns and customer complaints if the issue hasn’t been escalated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

- Inventory Control: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
