As an Eagle Eye Executive Protection Agent, you will work as part of the security team to protect and secure our clients and their property domestically and internationally. Executive Protection Agents may be required to work 12 hour shifts and need to be in good overall physical, mental and emotional condition. Agents must also have a reputation as a team player and be willing to work long hours with ever-changing schedules. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to tactfully negotiate conflict and remain flexible is a must. This position is located in the El Paso area.
Job Requirements:
- DPS level IX license
- U.S. Passport
- Global Entry
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- First Aid / CPR / AED Certification
- Thorough knowledge and familiarity of the El Paso border area
- Prior Law Enforcement / Military / Special Operations / Border Patrol / Customs and Border Protection
- Clean driving record
Desired Traits
- Graduate of Executive Protection Course
- Graduate of Tactical Driver Course
What you'll do:
- Provide protection and logistical support at clients' homes and when they travel to include across the United States-Mexico border
- Create and maintain readiness to meet any threat
- Conduct site surveys prior to the arrival of the principle
- Plan, coordinate and execute contingencies for security and medical in the event of emergencies
- Establish communication with local law enforcement when necessary to support movement of principle
- Work a flexible schedule that may require 12 hour shifts
