We are looking for a Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team!
Job Summary
The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the daily function of the housekeeping department and laundry team. Daily functions include coordinating daily cleans, scheduling and performing property inspections, coordinating laundry services and assisting our Director of Housekeeping. This position will require working day shift on Saturday and Sunday, as well as some holidays.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate cleaning schedules, monitor and communicate with cleaners and staff throughout each day.
- Coordinate and monitor daily laundry needs.
- Ensure that all customer service requests and inquiries from guests and cabin owners are handled promptly.
- Perform required property inventory assessments and fulfillment and assist with laundry inventory as needed.
- Maintain lost and found log and return shipments.
- Monitor and assist with Quality Control Inspections ensuring each property meets company standards.
- Review guest surveys and provide feedback to housekeepers.

This position requires the capability to understand and follow both oral and written directions. Must be able to communicate effectively with others, analyze and resolve problems, maintain effective working relationships, and interact successfully with customers.

- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Hear and speak in order to communicate with others.
- Stand and walk for the majority of the workday.
- Apply physical dexterity with some bending, stretching, reaching, grabbing, holding, and carrying.
- Lift 40-50 pounds
Experience:
Vacation rental housekeeping experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
