Production Team Lead - #573368

EagleView, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a Product Control Team Lead to join our Operations team.* This role will be responsible for coordinating the team, filing gaps in the work and training the team,* by utilizing their expertise in production control technician tools, leadership, and data control. This professional will have experience in a technological production- based environment and contribute to the team efforts of the Production Control and Operations teams.

This role is located in Rochester, NY and offers a competitive hourly pay and a generous benefits plan.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 year knowledge of Production Control Technician Tools, workflow, and department
• Ability to communicate and run 1x1’s with your team members
• Track and explain data from your team and production control departments workflow
• All requirements of a Production Control Tech (full list below from other JD)
• Strong communication skills
• Experienced with Windows machines and Microsoft Office applications
• Critical thinking, analytic and problem-solving skills
• Extremely self-motivated
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Demonstrated ability to multitask
