Eano is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Growth to join our team. The Head of Growth will be a thought leader in performance marketing and in enabling the data driven growth of Eano’s marketplace business model. Your role would be full-stack- managing both paid strategies, across diversified approaches in digital, broadcast, and other offline mediums, as well as contributing to product and retention strategies. What you’ll do
- Define, create, and execute Eano’s demand generation strategy, while working seamlessly with Eano’s internal sales and operations team
- Manage a marketing P&L, while marrying its growth to developments in product and the sales and operations team
- Collaborate with Eano’s product team, founders, and other relevant teammates to seek insights and correspondingly tweak and adjust Eano’s product and service offering, including new product/service offerings and geographic expansions
- Collaborate with Eano’s marketing and partnership teams to hone strategies and communication that both grow Eano’s business as well as our brand
- Work to create sensible reporting models and attribution frameworks
- Contribute to Eano’s brand, digital product, and pricing strategies
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years in dynamic marketing and growth roles
- Tactical experience in all core digital channels - SEM, Paid Social, Display etc.
- Experience managing broadcast, offline, and/or direct mail, SEO
- Experience with marketplace dynamics is strongly preferred.

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
