Responsibilities
Prepare various banking regulatory reports, including the quarterly Call and FRY Report schedules, including FRY9C, FRYLP, FRY10, FFIEC 009, FRY6, TICs, etc.; Perform analysis for monthly and quarterly financial statements; Participate in the month end close, and review and ensure that all necessary accounts are appropriately slotted and reported; Prepare and review monthly general ledger account reconciliations and prepare journal entries as needed; Assist in the ongoing monitoring and interpretation of new SEC/GAAP, Regulatory pronouncements; Analyze draft/newly released regulations and accounting pronouncements to assess reporting impact; Collaborate with reporting and operations departments to create a transition approach that will enable the bank to effectively meet the new reporting requirements; Prepare financial statement and various schedules used for preparation of quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K filings; Prepare various schedules for internal reporting requirements including the monthly Board package; Prepare and review various schedules and reports for internal users and external auditors, and assist in the audit of financial statements and related footnotes; Perform ad-hoc analyses and projects as needed.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related with two years of experience as Accounting Analysis & Reporting Analyst or Accountant or related
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is USD $78,000.00/Yr. - USD $82,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.Salary : $78,000 - $82,000
