What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Chef position at East West Cuisine?
Seeking a Corperate chef to help design and implement a menu, plan kitchen operations and fulfillment. Targeted kitchen opening October 2022. The concept is modern Thai cuisine, traditionally inspired - small and medium plates. Candidate should have a passion for Asian cuisine and aesthetic. Candidate would ideally have experience with restaurant openings / pre-open planning and design, and kitchen management.
