Customer Service Coordinator
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for providing quality customer service to Eastbrook Home’s homeowners, vendors, and contractors. The position is a liaison between the homeowners and the company. The Customer Service Coordinator will provide excellent communication in a professional customer-centric manner.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, chat, and in-person with patience, empathy and in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively provides process and product information to customers using positive language and recommendations.
- Schedules 30, 90, annual warranty appointments, any other necessary appointments and coordinates and schedules team walks.
- Maintains customer communication and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments within Salesforce.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns.
- Responds and resolves customer complaints and issues by problem solving and then communicating action steps to resolve the issues.
- Provides customers with updates and information on outstanding inquiries and follows-up to ensure completion.
- Evaluates customer feedback, implements changes, and streamlines processes to improve the customer experience.
- Responds to requests regarding historical selections and building information.
- Provides management with detailed reports on the number and types of inquiries and work orders submitted.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
