**Hiring Immediately for our Brookfield, CT Office**
Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
This position will be performed on-site in our Brookfield, CT office.
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as an Data Entry Specialist. In this position you provide support to our Client Relations team in order to assist with data entry, client accounts and correspondence, invoicing, and other duties as needed. We are offering a full-time, hourly position with paid time off and excellent benefits. This position will start at $16 per hour.
Job Responsibilities
Digitizing data, as well as verifying, classifying and recording data
Communicate with clients and respond to billing inquiries
Generate financial statements and reports detailing account status
Reconcile accounts data to ensure payments are posted properly
Recording accounts receivables’ data
Create and maintain Excel workbooks to track client account data
Performs other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Microsoft Excel Proficiency
Prior QuickBooks experience helpful, but not necessary
