This is a traveling position. You will spend time in 4 of our offices
Responsibilities:

gathering and documenting new patient information

educating patients and their families about treatment options

addressing objections and negotiating treatment plans and costs

staying current on local and national government dental coverage assistance to understand who's eligible

reassuring patients about procedures and expenses

discussing expenses and suggesting mutually beneficial payment plans

explaining dental terminology and conveying the importance of oral hygiene and treatment
-
scheduling appointments, treatment plan consultations, and post-treatment follow-ups

reading insurance policies and determining an estimated total coverage for patients

submitting insurance applications and documents to insurance companies

communicating patients' questions and concerns to dentists or hygienists
-
referring patients to dentists for more information about medical treatments if necessary

helping patients track and follow payment schedules
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience in Dental
- Experience in Ortho is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Able to travel
