Job Summary
- Eastern Washington University seeks a full time Program Specialist 2 to support our Eagle Store.
- The Program Specialist 2 will coordinate course material services and resources (electronic textbooks, homework software, and electronic testing programs) for the EWU Eagle Store. This position is responsible to assess program needs, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain extensive contact with program participants and outside entities. Skills required include strong organizational skills, managing priorities, attention to detail, and problem solving. Customer service, outreach, and fiscal responsibility is expected to enhance the reputation and success of the EWU Eagle Store. Use of Microsoft Office products, course material specific software programs, and campus software programs are deeply integrated into this position.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of program management experience or experience may substitute on year to year basis for education.
- Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience providing customer service and managing day-to-day operations of an office or workplace including analytical skills.
- Demonstrated experience providing information (both verbal and written) to different constituencies both within and outside the organization.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced customer service-based environment.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and Google Docs
- Candidate must demonstrate interest, ability and/or experience promoting cultural competency, universal accessibility and/or diversity.
